When will it start to work?
For a Good Night's Sleep contains a range of botanical extracts, that can have synergistic effects. most people begin to relax a few minutes after Lavender inhalation. For some, Valerian works within an hour of the first does, however, for insomnia, research suggests it works best after two to four several weeks of regular use.
Directions for use
Take at least 30 minutes before bedtime. Dilute 5-10 ml in 100ml of warm milk (or alternative) or water. Inhale the aroma and sip slowly. Inhaling the amoma delivers clinical aromomatherpy benefits such as calming and relaxation, while sipping the fluid provides herbal sedation and improves sleep quality.

Fantastic local seller of high quality fruit and veg. Their box delivery system makes doing the weekly shop so easy, and very reasonably priced. They are always quick to respond to queries and will try and accomodate any requests. We ordered a veggie box for delivery on their specified day, but needed to leave for a holiday at a certain time, The farm shop were able to work with us and delivered the box with plenty of time to spare!
