At The Farm Shop Farmers Market, we take great care in sourcing, packing and delivering fresh, high-quality produce and goods. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Unsatisfactory or Damaged Items
If you’re unsatisfied with any item in your order, please email admin@thefarmshop.au within 24hr of delivery and include clear photos of the affected item(s).

Photos are required for all refund or replacement requests

No refunds will be issued without photos

Each claim will be assessed on a case-by-case basis
Order Changes & Cancellations
To ensure we can source fresh produce, allocate stock correctly, and run efficient delivery routes, the following conditions apply:

No changes to orders, delivery addresses, or cancellations can be made within 24 hours of the delivery truck leaving The Farm Shop

This timeframe allows us to finalise packing and optimise the delivery run efficiently
Requests made outside of this window unfortunately cannot be accommodated.
