The Farm Shop Toowoomba Goes Socially Conscious

We will continue sourcing and supplying fresh produce!! However, we will now focus all of our efforts to our online delivery/collection service.

Due to the current COVID-19 situation, we have made the socially conscious decision to be proactive in trying to limit the spread within our beloved community. We have decided to temporarily close the shop doors until further notice.

With a new baby due in 5 weeks' time and a dream team of young mums, we want to implement new measures to do our part to help mitigate and stop the spread of this virus.

We feel it is important to evolve quickly with the current situation in hopes that we can do our bit in safe guarding young and old.

We want to create a service to our customers that entrusts a higher level of confidence in The Farm Shop Toowoomba and delivers the highest level of duty of care and responsibility during these times.

For the time being, orders will now be delivered, or a collection notification sent, within two business days of receiving your order.

Collection of boxes will maintain the current social distancing regulations by the government. On arrival to The Farm Shop, we will have you wait out the front to give your name to a staff member. They will collect your box and pop it on a table for you to come in and collect. This will ensure we maintain safe distances to keep both our customers and staff healthy and capable of continuing our service.

Deliveries will be made to your designated address and left at your front door in a shady spot. If you have delivery instructions, please pop them clearly into the customer notes section within the online order process. Please, if you can refrain from popping out to greet our delivery drivers that would be wonderful. A big wave and smile will adequately fill our cups!

The sooner we all keep to the social distancing recommendations, the less impact the coronavirus will have on our community and healthcare system. So please be diligent! We all need to work together now to keep our little slice of beauty healthy and stable. We need to work together for the sake of our elderly and immune-compromised.
